All orders on the Maison Bouche website are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to purchase. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card on the PayPal website. We do not send a paper invoice with the order - in the effort to conserve trees - so please save your PayPal receipt.
We ship Monday through Wednesday. Shipping is via Fed Ex Ground for the following states - Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Utah and Nevada and USPS Priority Mail for all other states. We will forward the tracking number to your email when the order ships.
If you are interested in International shipping, please contact us directly via email or phone.
Please provide us with a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the chocolates. We are not responsible for chocolates that have been left outside in adverse weather conditions or in direct sun.
If this is a gift order, let us know in the "Special Instructions" section in PayPal which is on the last page before you submit your order and we will not include a receipt. In that space, you can also let us know if you would like a gift card sent with the order.

Returns and Exchanges:
Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. Items are accepted for return only if they are defective. Please report any defective items within 3 days of receipt.
