NEW!! If you live in the Bay Area, orders can now be picked up at the Kensington Farmers' Market by North Berkeley between 10 am and 2 pm on Sunday or at our kitchen on 10th Street in Berkeley on Saturday. All orders must be received by 5 pm on Friday for weekend pick-ups. Please contact us directly with your order and we will forward an invoice for prepayment. Delivery service is also available for those living in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco (minimum order and delivery fees apply).
HOW ORDERS ARE PROCESSED: All orders on the Maison Bouche website are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to purchase. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card on the PayPal website. We do not send an invoice with the order - in the effort to conserve paper - so please save your PayPal receipt.
*** Please make sure that the PayPal address is current. We receive many orders where there is an old shipping address on PayPal and the customer is not aware of this. If you have any doubt, please do not hesitate to email us or phone to make sure that the shipping address is current.
Orders generally ship within five business days via USPS Priority Mail. We ship Monday through Wednesday. We will forward the tracking number to your email when the order ships. Shipping rates are based on the total order amount.
Please provide us with a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the chocolates. We are not responsible for chocolates that have been left outside in adverse weather conditions or in direct sun.
GIFT ORDERS: If this is a gift order, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" section in PayPal which is on the last page before you submit your order and we will not include a receipt. In that space, you can also let us know if you would like a gift card sent with the order.

Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. Items are accepted for return only if they are defective. Please report any defective items within 3 days of receipt.
