All orders on the Maison Bouche website are processed through PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to purchase. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card on the Paypal website.
Shipping is via Fed Ex Ground for the following states - Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Utah and Nevada and USPS Priority Mail with Shipping Confirmation for all other states. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We will forward the tracking number to your email when the order ships.
Please provide us with a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the chocolates. We are not responsible for chocolates that have been left outside in the hot summer weather.
If this is a gift order, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" section in Paypal which is on the last page before you submit your order. In that space, you can also let us know if you would like a gift card sent with the order.

Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. Items are accepted for return only if they are defective. Please report any defective items within 3 days of receipt.
