Individual "Botanicals" Bars:
In Noir:
Framboise - The ephemeral and fragile nature of the raspberry can be tasted in this bar. The dark chocolate brings out the hint of red sweetness and an unmistakable berry-ness.
Violette - A delicate, sweet flavor that is experienced in concert by the taste buds and the nose. Reminiscent of French violet pastilles, but made more sophisticated by its affiliation with dark chocolate.
Fruit de la Passion -
While many tropical fruits might not lend themselves naturally to chocolate, passion fruit is the welcome exception. Its honey taste blends effortlessly with dark chocolate.
$6.50 each

In Noir:
Rose et Feuilles de Menthe -
The fragrant scent of rose mixed with the refreshing crunch of crystallized mint leaves.
Muscat Rouge - Earthy, musty red muscat grapes combine perfectly with dark chocolate's richness.
Tulipe - Tulip madness has nothing to do with their consumption, although it ought. The flower has a taste that's somewhere between a sweet nasturtium and the first young sprouts of sweet lettuces.
$6.50 each

In Noir:
Fleur d'Oranger: The sweet scent of orange blossoms converges with the citrus taste in this perfumed bar.
Fraise - The classic chocolate-dipped strawberry always has the problem, once having bitten in, of too much liquid. This bar solves that dilemma elegantly, by instead infusing the strawberry essence into the chocolate.
Apricot - The apricot has long been a friend to chocolate. The sweetness with a hint of tartness lingering on the edges is a good companion to dark chocolate's similar properties. This one is reminiscent of a ripe Blenheim in the height of Summer.

In Lait:
Fruit de la Passion -
While many tropical fruits might not lend themselves naturally to chocolate, passion fruit is the welcome exception. Its honey taste blends effortlessly with milk chocolate.
Tulipe - Tulip madness has nothing to do with their consumption, although it ought. The flower has a taste that's somewhere between a sweet nasturtium and the first young sprouts of sweet lettuces.
Cerise - For those who like something reminiscent of a parfait with a cherry on top - with a slight hint of almond.
$6.50 each

 |
In Lait:
Rose et Feuilles de Menthe Cristallisées -
The fragrant scent of rose mixed with the refreshing crunch of crystallized mint leaves.
Fleur de Pêcher -
The slight almond taste of a peach and the peach's own distinct flavor are perfectly married to the milky texture and taste of this ethereally sweet bar.
Jasmin - Night-blooming, fragrant jasmine flowers were the inspiration for this bar.
$6.50 each

In Lait:
Coquelicot -
Poppies have a bad rap. Their medicinal qualities are legendary, but that reputation has overshadowed the wonderful taste of the petals: delicate, like a rose, only not as pungent.
Geranium Bourbon -
Scented geranium blended with hints of mint and fruits - a refreshing combination redolent of Summer.
Framboise - The ephemeral and fragile nature of the raspberry can be tasted in this bar. The milk chocolate brings out the hint of red sweetness and an unmistakable berry-ness.
$6.50 each
